While in law school, Victoria served as the Student Materials Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, and authored the article, Recent Development: Love v. In 2007, immediately following law school, Victoria joined Fischer, Goldasich & Aughtman,  LLC as an Associate, and she continues in that capacity today.  Victoria’s practice with the Firm includes representing plaintiffs in a wide variety of claims and issues, including commercial trucking litigation, premises liability, products liability, automobile accidents, insurance fraud and bad faith, medical negligence, nursing home abuse, and business litigation.

During the course of her practice, Victoria has been involved in a number of successful pre-suit and pre-trial settlements on behalf of Fischer, Goldasich & Aughtman,  LLC clients.  Victoria has advanced quickly within the firm and in the course of her first year in practice has participated in three jury trials.
